This remote control plastic body, which unfortunately was never built, was based on very simple dies, and relied on subtle roundings and chamfers to make the mass of sturdy and relatively great mechanism look slender.
Metallic handle lever featured built-in idle lock and electric trim button.

To understand project development, this is one of the first shape suggestions by customer.
Even if slightly greater, final version looks slimmer and lighter.
Sometimes, too simple a shape is not the correct answer: you want the shape to be perceived as simple and light, but to obtain the effect you often need a certain complexity.
Well, this is styling; and what about design?
It consists in using very simple dies...
